The round table can only be set up one way because they are circular. They can be placed all over the room or can be put in rows if the event dictates this. The rectangle tables are more versatile and can be set up in rows, across from each other or end to end. They can even be set up in a half moon shape so the instructor or speaker can stand in the middle.

Planning for any event usually calls for banquet tables. Be aware of how many guests will be expected. It is always a good idea to plan for a few more people over the ones that responds as this is usually the case. Setting the room up in a business manner can be very easy, as well as appropriate for any business situation. If it is more personal, consider ordering the circular tables as this provides a feeling of intimacy and friendship. This brings out the personalities and ease of all the guests and it should set the event up for a good time.
