The Alma matter is a revered place. The whole idea of learning is dependent upon the comfort of students while education is being imparted to them. Thus the educational furniture plays a vital role. Every school tries its level best to provide the students with the state of the art infrastructure.

Most of the time students are writing and sitting. The furnishing has to be designed in such a manner that it is comfortable for their delicate bodies. While selecting school furnishing one should consider Ergonomics (the science of productivity based on the environment).

The educational furniture has to be decided keeping in mind the age group of students who are to use it. We use nursery furniture in a kindergarten. A child becomes more interactive with the environment of classroom with more shapes, colours and textures. The furnishing should be designed such that it does not harm the little ones. School desks play a vital role in high schools.
